Senior Recruitment Sourcer

Join Talent is a fast‑growing EMEA‑wide talent solutions provider looking for a Senior Recruitment Sourcer to help source and engage top tech talent across the region. You will act as an extension of our clients' in‑house teams, delivering a high‑quality candidate experience while supporting rapid hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and gain buy‑in for sourcing strategies that attract exceptional candidates.
• Build strong relationships with internal recruiters and client hiring managers.
• Directly source, headhunt, and engage talent that matches role requirements.
• Screen applicants and present shortlists to hiring stakeholders.
• Manage the end‑to‑end candidate experience from initial contact through hand‑over to recruiters.
• Maintain and update the ATS and any project‑specific systems.
• Analyse market data, trends, and competitor activity to inform sourcing approaches.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of proven success in senior sourcing or similar recruitment roles.
• Experience working in start‑up or scale‑up environments on a multinational basis.
• Deep passion for hands‑on recruitment and a proactive, ‘can‑do’ attitude.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to inspire colleagues and clients while upholding company values and ethics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and related recruitment tools.
• Advanced sourcing techniques across digital platforms.
• Knowledge of EMEA hiring markets and tech talent landscape.
