Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or a related field such as Electronics with automation experience.
- 0‑3 years of relevant experience, with proven project and supplier management abilities.
- Strong determination and grit to tackle challenging tasks.
- Willingness to travel overseas regularly and a hands‑on approach to building prototypes.
Required skills
- Proficiency in CAD design and PLC programming.
- Automation expertise, including control of servo motors, temperature circuits, HMIs and pneumatics.
- Strong Python programming skills for control‑system applications (temperature, pressure, flow).
- Experience in machine design, R&D and circuit design.
