About the role
We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founder of a dynamic travel experience company. This part‑time, remote position focuses on streamlining communication, protecting the founder’s focus time, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and organize the founder’s email inbox, prioritising urgent messages and reducing clutter.
- Coordinate WhatsApp communications, ensuring timely responses to key contacts.
- Maintain the calendar, schedule meetings and appointments efficiently.
- Track follow‑ups and monitor responses across all communication channels.
- Draft routine replies on behalf of the founder.
- Organise tasks, reminders and daily workflow priorities.
- Filter non‑urgent communications to protect focus time and minimise interruptions.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience supporting founders or senior executives in fast‑paced environments is a plus.
