Contract Manager – Construction & Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Contract Manager to lead the full contract lifecycle for construction, engineering and infrastructure projects. The role combines legal, commercial and risk‑management expertise to ensure contracts are compliant and deliver commercial value.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts with clients, contractors and suppliers.
• Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
• Identify, assess and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
• Manage variations, claims and dispute‑resolution processes.
• Monitor contractor performance against contractual obligations.
• Provide commercial and contractual advice to project teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate contract records and support procurement and tendering activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Construction Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in contract management within construction, engineering or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong knowledge of standard contract forms such as FIDIC, NEC and JBCC.
• Solid understanding of commercial, legal and risk‑management principles.
• Experience in claims handling and dispute resolution is advantageous.
