Professional Architect – Cape Town

About the role

We are seeking a Professional Architect to join a dynamic architectural practice based in Stellenbosch, working on a variety of commercial and mixed‑use developments across the Western Cape. The role offers involvement from concept through to construction, collaborating closely with clients, consultants and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and concepts for commercial and mixed‑use projects.
• Maintain close interaction with clients and the professional project team.
• Assist with project management, coordination and site visits within the Western Cape.
• Prepare detailed construction documentation and ensure thorough documentation throughout project phases.
• Support projects from inception to completion, ensuring design intent is realised on site.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Registered with SACAP as a Professional Architect.
• 3–5 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Strong design flair, creative ability and excellent presentation skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a passion for architecture and project delivery.
