About the role

We are seeking a motivated Workshop Technician to join our retail‑focused bicycle service team in Nelspruit. This role is ideal for recent matric graduates who have a genuine passion for cycling and enjoy hands‑on work with tools.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, service, and repair bicycles to a high standard.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, ensuring accurate repairs.
• Test‑ride bicycles after servicing to confirm safety and performance.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering technical queries and offering repair recommendations.

Required profile

• Matric (high school) qualification.
• Strong enthusiasm for bicycles and personal riding experience.
• Hands‑on individual who enjoys problem‑solving with tools.
• Eager to learn and develop technical skills.
• Own reliable transport (advantageous).

• Bicycle assembly.
