About the role
The Telesales Representative will contact warm leads, educate customers about IPS Health & Wellness products, and close sales. This high‑energy, target‑driven position is ideal for strong communicators motivated by commission and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about health products and promotions.
- Engage customers in dialogue to identify needs and match products effectively.
- Answer questions accurately regarding products, services, and benefits.
- Handle objections professionally and close sales confidently.
- Capture customer details and update the internal CRM database.
- Maintain professionalism in all telephonic communications.
- Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets using provided warm leads.
Required profile
- Degree or 3‑year diploma (advantageous).
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently, remotely or within a team.
- Strong resilience, self‑motivation and target‑driven attitude.
Required skills
- CRM proficiency.
