Telesales Clerk – Customer Service & Sales

About the role

We are seeking an honest and enthusiastic Telesales Clerk to help generate sales and deliver exceptional customer service. In this role you will interact with clients via phone, chat and email, taking orders, answering enquiries and resolving issues while promoting our product range. You will work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients telephonically and electronically (chat and email) by taking orders and handling service enquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Make outbound calls to promote and sell products to existing and potential customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales and retain the client base.
• Identify opportunities for cross‑selling and up‑selling during interactions.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the company system.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
• Goal‑oriented with a focus on sales performance.
• Basic computer literacy for using chat, email and order entry tools.
