About the role

A well‑established financial services business in Centurion is seeking a Customer Call Centre Agent for a nine‑month fixed‑term contract. The position is based onsite and focuses on delivering telephone‑based client support while upholding the company’s service standards. The role offers the opportunity to work within a professional call‑centre environment and contribute to customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

    Required profile

    • National Diploma in Communications, Customer Service or a related Call Centre qualification (or equivalent experience).
    • At least two years of experience in a client‑service or help‑desk environment.
    • Strong planning, organising and coordination abilities.
    • Personal mastery and ethical decision‑making.
    • Client‑service orientation with excellent listening skills.
    • Proficiency in telephone etiquette and basic computer literacy.
    • Ability to manage organisational administration tasks.
