Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team and support the recruitment of caregivers and nursing professionals for our in‑home care operations in Arizona and Colorado. This fully remote position works Monday‑Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. PST, and plays a key part in expanding our workforce while upholding our commitment to high‑quality care.

Key responsibilities

• Review applications, source candidates, and conduct virtual interviews.
• Attract and onboard five or more qualified caregivers each week.
• Participate in monthly recruitment roundtables and collaborate with coordination teams to meet client staffing needs.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Handle additional tasks or projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in recruiting or staffing.
• Experience recruiting healthcare professionals or caregivers is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and collaborate effectively.
• Strong organizational and detail‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in virtual interview platforms.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
