About the role

Recruitcha is seeking a proactive Talent & Partnerships Associate to expand its client and candidate network. You will be the face of the company on LinkedIn, building relationships with hiring teams and delivering top talent while the internal team manages screening and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and connect with hiring managers, founders, and potential clients via LinkedIn.
• Pitch Recruitcha’s recruiting services and nurture relationships that lead to successful placements.
• Source and message candidates to keep the talent pipeline active.
• Collaborate with the backend team that handles screening, interviews, and reporting.
• Focus on outreach, relationship‑building, and business development activities.

Required profile

• Strong communication and networking abilities.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable with high‑volume outreach.
• Interest in recruitment, sales, and business development.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
