Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

OysterLink is looking for a proactive Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead the growth of its brand across key platforms. You will craft and execute a content strategy that attracts hospitality professionals and recruiters to the site.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an engaging social media content plan for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Create and edit photos and videos, leveraging AI tools to produce high‑quality assets.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and adjust tactics to maximise reach and engagement.
• Interact with the community through comments and messages in a timely, professional manner.
• Drive qualified traffic from social channels to the OysterLink website.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience running successful social media campaigns.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and report results.
