Full House Creative is seeking a Junior Social Media Specialist to support multiple brand accounts. You will help shape strategy, produce engaging content, and edit short‑form video quickly, always with a focus on performance and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing social media strategies for various brands.
• Create and schedule content across platforms, emphasizing short‑form video.
• Edit video assets using CapCut, ensuring fast, clean pacing.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze what works and why, and report insights.
• Build and adapt templates or processes when none exist.

Required profile

• Demonstrated growth, reach, or retention results on a personal or brand TikTok channel.
• Understanding of how virality is engineered, not just accidental.
• Self‑starter attitude with a track record of solving problems without a playbook.
• Curiosity about why content performs, not just how it looks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CapCut for video editing.
