About the role

The Situational Intelligence Team Lead will head a 24/7 operational intelligence unit that supports real‑time incident coordination, client communication and situational awareness across remote African destinations. This senior position requires calm decision‑making under pressure and the ability to build trusted relationships quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a round‑the‑clock team handling incidents, alerts and operational information capture.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication and maintain client stewardship during active events.
• Ensure continuity, accountability and clear information flow across multiple departments.
• Develop and mentor team members to sustain high‑performance operations.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in remote operations, incident management or medical assistance coordination.
• Proven leadership in control‑room or operations‑centre environments.
• Background in luxury guest experience, aviation or travel operations is advantageous.
• Ability to manage operational pressure calmly and maintain confidence during uncertainty.
