Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor will be based in Port Elizabeth and report to the Regional Manager. This role ensures service levels and staffing requirements are met across multiple client sites, aligning daily operations with the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule, attend and record worker forum meetings; respond to client requests within 24 hours.
• Supply new assignee documentation (ID, criminal check, approvals) to clients.
• Deliver invoices and payslips to clients promptly.
• Oversee onboarding, inductions, medicals and PPE issuance in line with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and client policies.
• Manage site access, dress code, ID/license compliance, and discipline of assignees.
• Implement roll‑call procedures, report absences and arrange replacements.
• Accompany drivers for vehicle checks and handle vehicle offence reporting.
• Maintain up‑to‑date personnel files and complete incident reports within 24 hours.
• Provide real‑time incident reporting and daily feedback to management and clients.
• Submit accurate timesheets and process leave documentation for payroll.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the service industry.
• Deep knowledge of the TES and recruitment environment.
• Strong understanding of South African labour legislation, especially the BCEA.
• Ability to manage client relationships and resolve queries quickly.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
