Site Supervisor – Finishing Works

About the role

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to manage finishing works on construction projects in Gqeberha. The role focuses on ensuring that all final works meet quality, aesthetic, structural and safety standards before handover to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise finishing works and on‑site labour.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and daily site activities.
• Ensure materials, tools and equipment are available as needed.
• Conduct quality inspections, identify defects or snags and report progress to management.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Assist with project handovers and final quality checks.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role, preferably in finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Strong understanding of construction standards and site safety.
• Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to travel to sites and work weekends when required.
• Physically fit and able to work on‑site.
