About the role

As a Shift Leader at Papa John’s you will guide a restaurant team to deliver a world‑class pizza experience. You’ll work in a fun, flexible environment, helping to build a winning crew while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the restaurant crew during assigned shifts.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and product quality.
• Coordinate opening, closing, and peak‑time activities.
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and basic inventory tasks.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• GED or high‑school diploma preferred.
• Basic math ability and solid problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lb and standing for long periods.
