Senior Incentive MICE Consultant

About the role

Our travel industry client is seeking a Senior Incentive MICE Consultant to lead incentive, group and event programmes in Cape Town CBD. The role focuses on designing and delivering large‑scale travel experiences for corporate clients, leveraging deep knowledge of the MICE sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incentive groups, conferences, events and large‑group travel arrangements.
• Design incentive itineraries and comprehensive programmes that meet client objectives.
• Oversee group logistics, including rooming lists and venue coordination.
• Coordinate with suppliers and venues to ensure seamless execution.
• Prepare budgets, costings and financial reports for each project.
• Handle operational delivery and post‑event reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in incentives/MICE.
• Proven track record in managing large group travel and events.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong network of suppliers and venue partners is advantageous.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from R50,000 to R60,000 per month.
