SEO and GEO Specialist

About the role

We are a high‑growth international business seeking an SEO and GEO Specialist to lead organic growth across a portfolio of websites. You will shape our search visibility strategy, especially in AI‑driven and geolocation contexts, ensuring our content reaches the right audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO and GEO strategies to boost organic traffic and AI search visibility.
• Optimize website technical elements, site structure, and structured data for search engines and AI platforms.
• Monitor brand presence across large language models and AI search tools.
• Conduct keyword, topic and conversational query research to improve discoverability.
• Automate reporting, tracking and optimisation workflows using AI tools, scripts and APIs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed SEO and GEO best practices into digital projects.
• Test and adapt strategies in response to evolving search and AI trends.
• Manage external SEO partners and champion organic growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience driving organic growth through effective SEO strategy and execution.
• Strong understanding of AI‑driven search, GEO considerations and modern search experiences.
• Solid technical SEO knowledge, including indexing, site structure, structured data and performance optimisation.
• Experience using automation, APIs, workflows and AI tools to scale SEO processes.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data independently using leading SEO, analytics and reporting platforms.
• Self‑motivated, experimental mindset with proactive testing and optimisation.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify technical concepts for broader teams.
