Digital Marketing Executive / Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a performance‑driven Digital Marketing Executive / Manager to own brand awareness and inbound lead generation for our recruiter‑focused growth platform. Working directly with the founder, you will turn content into measurable commercial outcomes and help attract new founders to our ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Define brand messaging, content pillars and ensure alignment with a differentiated market position.
• Mine founder stories, translate them into compelling LinkedIn and long‑form content.
• Own and grow our LinkedIn presence, creating posts, articles and supporting founder personal branding.
• Write high‑quality copy for social, articles, campaigns and collaborate with a graphic designer on visual assets.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta where relevant.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, inbound leads, conversion) and iterate based on data.
• Develop SEO strategy, write and optimise blog content for organic growth.
