Senior Product Owner - Credit

About the role

Lulalend is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the development of its Credit Platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders and the engineering team to translate business ideas into actionable product features, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate business ideas, assess value and urgency, and develop business cases to determine feasibility.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in line with business objectives, balancing budget, scope and timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering to remove blockers, plan releases and ensure iterative delivery of a best‑in‑class credit product.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and developers, providing clear instructions and ensuring buy‑in.
• Monitor progress throughout development cycles and drive continuous product iteration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product ownership experience, preferably within credit or fintech environments.
• Product owner certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with business and engineering teams.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with platform/backend projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile development processes.
• Technical acumen with a passion for technology.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Experience applying lean principles and focusing on MVP delivery.
