Senior Content Marketing Manager – Narrative & Communications

This senior position drives the external narrative for a leading developer‑focused platform, shaping how the brand is perceived across the global app ecosystem. You will craft opinionated, timely commentary on industry shifts, platform updates, and monetisation trends, while amplifying content through social, media and influencer channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain a consistent, developer‑first voice across all external communications.
• Write and publish reactive industry commentary on ecosystem changes, policy shifts and market trends.
• Lead communications for product announcements, milestones, executive messaging and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Partner with product marketing to extend the reach of launches through narrative‑driven amplification.
• Design and execute distribution strategies for major content, including social, newsletters, selective media and influencer outreach.
• Shape the brand’s social voice, producing high‑impact content that builds audience engagement and industry credibility.
• Ensure narrative consistency across all external‑facing assets and act as a key editorial voice within the organisation.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product and leadership teams to align messaging with strategic priorities.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, brand communications or narrative‑focused roles within tech or B2B environments.
• Exceptional writing ability, capable of delivering sharp industry commentary and polished corporate communications.
• Deep understanding of developer ecosystems, SaaS or related technical industries and market trends.
• Proven track record of building narrative‑driven content strategies rather than pure campaign‑based output.
• Experience in content distribution, amplification and driving engagement beyond publication.
