Sales Development Representative – Luxury Women’s Portraiture

About the role

Join a fast‑growing luxury portraiture brand as a Sales Development Representative. You will work with a pipeline of warm, pre‑qualified women who are already interested in the life‑changing experience the company offers.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to warm leads.
• Conduct human‑focused conversations to uncover needs and guide prospects toward commitment.
• Follow a proven sales process on every call and achieve daily booking targets.
• Maintain accurate records in the company CRM and ensure clean data.
• Participate in daily coaching sessions with the founder/CEO and implement feedback quickly.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in SDR, BDR, or high‑touch sales, or proven success selling your own products.
• Exceptional phone presence and strong spoken and written English.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and able to hit targets without supervision.
• Coachable mindset with a desire for continuous improvement.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet professional workspace.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary £14,000–£16,000 per year (paid in ZAR equivalent).
• On‑target earnings £35,000–£45,000 per year once fully ramped.
