Sales Consultant

About the role

Blueways Direct Marketing is seeking enthusiastic Sales Consultants to join its Pretoria team. In this role you will engage directly with customers, promote the company’s products and services, and work towards achieving sales targets while building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Approach and interact with potential and existing customers in person or via phone.
• Present product features, benefits and pricing to meet customer needs.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by management.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support collective goals.

Required profile

• Good communication and customer service abilities.
• Confidence, target‑driven mindset and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle pressure.
• Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
