About the role
We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative to join our fast‑growing international organisation that operates in online education and software development. You will work remotely, generating new business opportunities by reaching out to prospective students and businesses worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospects for online tutoring, web/app development, and AI integration services.
- Conduct B2C outreach to potential students and B2B outreach to companies using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork and other prospecting tools.
- Perform outreach via LinkedIn messaging, email campaigns and other channels.
- Qualify leads, schedule meetings and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies and improve sales processes.
- Research new markets, industries and customer segments continuously.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, lead generation or business development.
- Proven experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork bidding or similar tools.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet outreach targets.
- Access to a reliable laptop and high‑speed internet connection.
