Sales Development Representative – Appointment Setting & Growth

About the role
We are a fast‑growing virtual assistant staffing and virtual receptionist company based in Los Angeles. As a Sales Development Representative you will start by mastering appointment setting and lead nurturing, then transition into a full‑time sales position driving revenue and expanding our client base.
Key responsibilities
- Use our GoHighLevel CRM to manage leads, follow‑up communications, and book qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Contact prospects who have expressed interest in our virtual assistant and receptionist services, qualify them, and schedule discovery calls.
- Shadow experienced sales reps, sit in on calls, and participate in daily coaching sessions to refine your sales technique.
- After proving proficiency, take ownership of your own pipeline, manage the sales process, and close deals.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales and appointment‑setting experience.
- Coachable mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Team‑oriented attitude and strong motivation to grow.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably GoHighLevel.
