Sales Automation Specialist – Remote (US Hours)

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Sales Automation Specialist to build and grow our sales pipeline from the ground up. Working remotely from South Africa on US business hours, you will research prospects, qualify opportunities, and book high‑quality meetings that drive company growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage sales automation workflows and outreach processes.
- Maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases.
- Generate leads, coordinate outreach, and follow up with prospects.
- Conduct lead research and run targeted campaigns.
- Coordinate communication with prospects, clients, and internal teams.
- Track sales activities, report metrics, and provide operational updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and automation efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation and workflow records.
- Support additional sales operations and automation projects as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) highly preferred.
- Previous experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B sales, preferably in an SDR/BDR role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Proficiency in sales automation tools and workflow platforms.
- Microsoft Office suite.
- Google Workspace.
