Syntech, a leading technology distributor in Southern Africa, is seeking a commercially driven Retail Regional Sales Manager to lead its Gauteng retail business and regional sales team. The role focuses on driving sustainable sales growth, strengthening retail partnerships, and executing brand strategies across key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sustainable sales growth across the Gauteng region.
• Strengthen and expand retail partnerships with key accounts.
• Execute brand strategies for global technology brands.
• Ensure operational excellence across all retail locations.
• Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team.
• Manage both sell‑in and sell‑out performance in a fast‑paced environment.
• Promote product categories such as Smart Home, Gaming, Lifestyle Tech, Mobile Accessories, and Consumer Electronics.
