Casual Sales Consultant – Retail (Apple Products)

About the role

We are seeking tech‑savvy, customer‑focused individuals to join our iStore team at Mall of Africa on a casual basis. This flexible position supports the store during peak trading periods, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, helping to deliver an exceptional Apple‑centric retail experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the permanent staff by covering busy shifts and maintaining high service standards.
• Engage customers, understand their needs and showcase Apple products and services.
• Drive sales by presenting complete solutions and creating memorable in‑store experiences.
• Provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest Apple technology.
• Maintain store presentation and ensure product knowledge is up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Completed Matric / Senior Certificate.
• Passion for Apple products and interest in technology.
• Any prior sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Experience in telecommunications is a plus.
• Valid email address and mobile phone number.
