About the role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Admin Support specialist to provide day‑to‑day administrative assistance to our fully remote team. The role is ideal for an organised, proactive individual who takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to managers and team members across the business.
- Manage emails, calendar scheduling, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Maintain accurate digital filing systems and ensure records are up to date.
- Assist with data entry, capturing information into internal systems and spreadsheets.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments on administrative matters.
- Handle ad‑hoc tasks and support projects as directed by management.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative support or office assistant role.
- Matric certificate required; a relevant diploma is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational abilities with high attention to detail.
- Self‑motivated and dependable when working independently in a remote setting.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience with Google Workspace.
