Regional Sales Manager – Africa

About the role

Diamond Key International is seeking a results‑driven Regional Sales Manager for Africa. You will be the primary customer‑facing representative, responsible for opening new doors, building a robust pipeline, and converting complex opportunities into long‑term value across the oil & gas terminal market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for high‑value services and technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders at oil & gas terminals and related assets.
• Negotiate and close win‑win contracts while protecting margin.
• Promote digital offerings such as Digital Twins, Terminal Automation Systems, and other software solutions.
• Coordinate with engineering and field service teams to deliver tailored maintenance and lifecycle packages.

Required profile

• Proven track record in new‑business development for services or technology solutions.
• Strong relationship‑building and senior‑level engagement skills.
• Confident negotiator with a focus on outcome ownership.
• Experience in industrial, asset‑intensive environments (e.g., terminals, energy, utilities).
• Background in maintenance, engineering, or technical roles within oil or gas terminals is highly regarded.
