About the role
Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead its Sales Execution team across multiple African markets. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance, market expansion, and sustainable profitability for the region.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional commercial and channel strategies aligned with growth objectives.
- Lead Annual Business Planning and implement OBPPC strategies to maximise market share.
- Own regional revenue, profitability, and trade‑investment optimisation.
- Provide governance for Route‑to‑Market standards, RED execution and availability.
- Manage strategic customer relationships, negotiations and stakeholder partnerships.
- Leverage market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead, coach and develop Sales Channel Leads and commercial teams.
- Ensure compliance with governance, SHEQ standards and pricing architecture.
- Drive commercial transformation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven senior leadership experience in sales within FMCG or beverage sectors.
- Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and profitability across multiple markets.
- Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead high‑performance teams and foster a culture of accountability.
