About the role

The Regional Manager will lead the Cape Town region within the Clearing and Forwarding Division, driving profitability, sustainability and strategic growth. This senior position combines operational leadership with strong commercial accountability to expand market share and retain key customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and governance for the Cape Town region.
• Lead the Operations Manager and broader operational teams to ensure effective execution.
• Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition, customer retention and market expansion.
• Manage strategic relationships and increase wallet share from existing clients.
• Oversee profitability, sustainability and operational governance of the region.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in logistics, clearing or forwarding.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of revenue growth.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Excellent relationship‑building and customer‑retention skills.
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams.
