Recruitment Consultant – Remote – 35k‑40k Rand + Commission

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to work remotely and focus on sourcing and placing lawyers. The role offers a base salary of 35k‑40k Rand per month plus a 10% commission on deals ranging from $25,000 to $100,000.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily to potential candidates.
• Spend 5 hours each day researching and reaching out to qualified lawyers.
• Participate in one hour of daily training and meetings.
• Collaborate with high‑performing billers handling $500k‑$1m portfolios.
• Utilise a world‑class dataset of lawyers to identify placement opportunities.

Required profile

• High level of drive and self‑motivation.
• Previous experience in white‑collar recruitment.
• Willingness to work long hours covering partial USA time zones.
