About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to work remotely and focus on sourcing and placing lawyers. The role offers a base salary of 35k‑40k Rand per month plus a 10% commission on deals ranging from $25,000 to $100,000.

Key responsibilities

Conduct 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily to potential candidates.
Spend 5 hours each day researching and reaching out to qualified lawyers.
Participate in one hour of daily training and meetings.
Collaborate with high‑performing billers handling $500k‑$1m portfolios.
Utilise a world‑class dataset of lawyers to identify placement opportunities.

Required profile

High level of drive and self‑motivation.
Previous experience in white‑collar recruitment.
Willingness to work long hours covering partial USA time zones.
