About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our Cape Town team. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering tailored staffing solutions while managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire and nurture new and existing client relationships, understand their hiring needs and negotiate service agreements.
- Source candidates via databases, job boards, LinkedIn, networking and referrals; screen CVs, conduct interviews and assess suitability.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes including advertising, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Track and report on placements, billings, client and candidate satisfaction, and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Achieve revenue and placement targets while ensuring compliance with labour laws and ethical standards.
Required profile
- Matric (Grade 12) minimum; diploma or degree in HR, Business Management or Marketing preferred.
- 1–5+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing or sales, with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
- Strong business development, negotiation and communication abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM platforms such as Bullhorn and Zoho Recruit.
- Advanced Excel skills for data management and reporting.
- Effective use of LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
