About the role

Join Network Recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant and help connect top talent with leading organisations in Pretoria. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and guide candidates through the placement process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with client companies.
• Identify, screen and match candidates to client requirements.
• Conduct cold calls and outreach to build talent pipelines.
• Negotiate and finalise agreements between clients and candidates.
• Post job advertisements across multiple platforms and attract qualified applicants.

Required profile

• 2–3 years experience in recruitment or sales consulting.
• Proven confidence in cold calling and client engagement.
• Experience working as a Placement Partner or similar role.
• Strong organisational skills and target‑driven mindset.
• Degree or honours in Industrial Psychology, Marketing, Business or related field.

Required skills

• Effective communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Advanced sourcing and candidate screening techniques.
