About the role
Join Network Recruitment, a division of a JSE‑listed group, as a Recruitment Consultant in a high‑performance environment. You will partner with leading South African organisations, delivering specialised talent solutions across high‑demand markets.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for assigned sectors.
- Develop new business, acquire clients and build strategic relationships.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing hiring strategy and market insights.
- Source, engage and place high‑calibre talent.
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years recruitment experience (agency or specialist).
- Proven success in business development and client management.
- Strong commercial acumen and results‑driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
