About the role
We are looking for a professional, well‑presented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors at our Randburg office. The role is fast‑paced and customer‑focused, offering the chance to work in a dynamic environment where excellent service is essential.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Handle general administrative duties and provide office support.
- Maintain a clean and organised front‑desk area.
- Assist with bookings, scheduling, and respond to customer queries.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well‑groomed and professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office.
- Advantageous: experience in an automotive or dealership environment and a strong customer‑service background.
