About the Position
We are seeking a meticulous and versatile professional to join our client's team near Fourways. This hybrid role is perfect for a candidate who enjoys a dynamic environment, combining high-quality front-desk hospitality with essential financial administrative support.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact by welcoming visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism.
- Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries efficiently.
- Handle financial administrative tasks including preparing quotes, issuing invoices, and managing petty cash.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with basic accounting functions.
- Coordinate effectively with suppliers and installation teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in a financial or administrative environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and bookkeeping.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Professional appearance and a proactive approach to multitasking.
- Fluency in both English and Afrikaans is essential.
- Matric certificate holder.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Basic Accounting & Bookkeeping knowledge.
