Quality Assurance Manager – Clothing & Footwear

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead all quality control activities for clothing and footwear products in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. The role involves overseeing fit approvals, bulk inspections, supplier compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage fit approvals, garment measurements and bulk inspections.
• Handle defect management and maintain QA workbooks and technical documentation.
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure quality compliance and conduct factory visits and audits.
• Provide warehouse quality support, investigate issues and drive corrective actions.
• Lead continuous quality improvement projects across the supply chain.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Clothing Production, Fashion Design, Garment Technology, Quality Management or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in clothing/footwear QA, garment manufacturing, retail inspections or warehouse quality control.
• Previous supervisory or management experience is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
