About the role
Recruit for Africa PTY Limited is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead one of its flagship premium casual dining restaurants in Johannesburg. The role focuses on delivering high‑volume luxury dining experiences while maintaining brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow.
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting and cost control.
- Develop, coach and retain a high‑performing team.
- Maintain strict adherence to brand standards and quality.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in premium casual dining.
- Immediate availability to support the group’s expansion plans.
