Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

As a Performance Marketing Manager at SKC, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality traffic and maximum ROI in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement data‑driven performance marketing strategies across Google, Meta and TikTok platforms.
• Plan, launch and continuously optimise paid media campaigns, managing budgets, bids and targeting to meet KPI targets.
• Conduct audience research and segmentation to deliver personalised messaging and offers.
• Analyse performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights.
• Run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages and conversion funnels to improve results.
• Implement and monitor tracking pixels/APIs for accurate attribution.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high‑performing ad formats and copy.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of proven performance marketing experience, preferably in e‑commerce or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into optimisation strategies.
• Detail‑oriented, results‑driven and committed to continuous learning.
