Specialist: Digital Solutions Engagement

About the role

The Specialist – Digital Solutions Engagement will support the implementation and operational management of customer engagement, gamification, loyalty, campaign and partner‑funded initiatives across Telkom’s digital ecosystem. The role aims to drive customer acquisition, retention, ARPU uplift and overall digital revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage day‑to‑day operations of engagement, gamification, loyalty and campaign programmes.
• Identify, onboard and coordinate strategic promotional partners.
• Assist in commercialising engagement platforms and partner‑funded campaigns.
• Support sales enablement activities for digital engagement solutions.
• Package and position engagement opportunities for commercial partners.
• Track and report revenue generated from engagement and promotional activities.
• Develop value propositions for customer engagement and campaign offerings.
• Contribute to achieving campaign‑related commercial and revenue targets.

Required profile

• National Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Certificate (NQF 6) in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Sales, Digital Media, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in customer engagement, loyalty, gamification or digital campaign management.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams (sales, commercial, marketing, IT, vendors).
• Exposure to partner management, revenue‑generating campaigns and digital commercialisation is advantageous.
