About the role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day administrative operations of our business. The successful candidate will ensure a smooth, efficient office environment and support both technical and commercial functions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and maintain a well‑functioning work environment.
- Oversee filing systems for admin and technical staff, ensuring accurate record‑keeping.
- Provide project quoting and support for the technical sales team.
- Handle invoicing, receiving, dispatch, packing slips and delivery note sign‑offs.
- Assist with onboarding of new staff and general HR administration.
- Support suppliers and logistics agents.
- Deliver customer service by addressing queries, updating customers and following up on sales leads.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, reconciliations, expense tracking, and liaising with external accountants.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong professional communication skills when dealing with suppliers and customers.
- High sense of ownership, accountability and ability to work both independently and within a team.

- Xero (advantageous)
