Multi-Store Restaurant Manager (Pretoria)

About the role

The Multi-Store Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of four restaurant locations in Gauteng. Reporting to senior leadership, the manager ensures consistent service quality, profitability, and brand standards across all sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of restaurant operations for four stores, including front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities.
• Control inventory, monitor stock levels and manage purchasing to minimise waste and optimise cost.
• Recruit, train, schedule and supervise staff, fostering a high‑performance team culture.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Analyse sales data, prepare financial reports and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Ensure consistent customer experience and resolve any service issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of senior restaurant management experience, preferably in a multi‑unit environment.
• Proven ability to lead large teams under pressure and deliver results.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
• Strong track record of long‑term employment and reliable references.
• Energetic, passionate and driven to succeed.
