The Multi-Store Restaurant Manager will oversee four restaurant locations in Pretoria East, ensuring seamless daily operations across the entire group. Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of operations for four restaurant sites, including front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities.
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, and cost control to meet budgetary targets.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff, fostering a high‑performance team culture.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food‑service regulations.
• Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and implement improvement initiatives.
• Ensure consistent brand standards and exceptional guest experiences across all locations.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of senior restaurant management experience, preferably within a multi‑site environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams under pressure and achieve operational targets.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
