Key responsibilities

• Design and develop high‑quality mechanical components and systems aligned with project requirements.
• Reverse engineer measuring equipment, analysing existing designs to recreate, improve, and optimise performance.
• Translate concepts into detailed engineering drawings and production‑ready designs.
• Drive seamless integration between design and production, ensuring manufacturability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and procurement teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Conduct testing, validation, and design reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across design and manufacturing processes.
• Maintain precise and up‑to‑date technical documentation.

Required profile

• BEng/BSc/BTech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design within a production environment.
• Hands‑on experience with reverse engineering and measuring equipment.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar.
• Solid understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and engineering principles.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
