About the role

We are looking for a creative and results‑driven Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our Johannesburg team. The role focuses on building brand awareness, creating engaging digital content, and driving audience interaction across key social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create and publish engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Manage social media calendars, monitor trends, and increase brand visibility.
• Design and execute digital campaigns using email marketing and paid advertising.
• Engage with online communities, respond to inquiries, and report performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and support event marketing.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing and social media management.
• Excellent communication and strong content‑creation abilities.
• Proficiency with social media tools, basic graphic design, and video editing.
• Knowledge of digital advertising platforms and SEO principles.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills; ability to work independently or within a team.
