Management Couple – Boutique Luxury Farm (Tzaneen, Limpopo)

About the role

The position is a full‑time, live‑in management role for a boutique luxury farm in the Greater Tzaneen area. The successful candidate(s) will oversee day‑to‑day operations, guest experience and property upkeep while supporting the expansion of accommodation and agri‑tourism offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and ensure smooth running of all departments.
• Deliver luxury guest experiences aligned with slow‑living standards.
• Lead, motivate and support the onsite team.
• Maintain high standards across cabins, grounds and service delivery.
• Manage property maintenance schedules (daily, monthly, annual).
• Supervise gardens, landscaping and small‑scale agricultural production.
• Handle procurement, stock control and supplier relationships.
• Coordinate deliveries of agricultural produce to local clients.
• Support infrastructure upgrades and future expansion projects.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, independent problem‑solver with strong practical maintenance abilities.
• Previous experience in property, lodge or facilities management.
• Valid driver’s licence (essential).
• Interest in agriculture or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work live‑in and manage both operations and guest services.
